Expert Panel on “Developments in Afghanistan and the Future of Iran–Afghanistan Relations” Held at Allameh Tabataba’i University

As part of the national research series on "Solving the Country’s Challenges," the Faculty of Law and Political Science at Allameh Tabataba’i University hosted a high-level panel discussion titled "Developments in Afghanistan and the Future of Iran–Afghanistan Relations."

The session focused on the evolving role of the Taliban and broader regional dynamics, and featured Dr. Seyed Rasoul Mousavi, Director General for South Asia at Iran’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The discussion was moderated by Dr. Gholam Ali Chegenizadeh, a faculty member of the university.

The event was held on Tuesday, June 17, 2025 (Khordad 27, 1404), from 10 AM to 12 PM at the university’s Faculty of Law and Political Science, with the support of the Vice Presidency for Research and the Center for Regional Studies and Foreign Policy.
