Faculty of Physical Education & Sports Sciences

In 2006, Department of Physical Education was established in the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences, offering B.A. programs in Physical Education and Sports Sciences. Later, the department started an M.A. Program in Sports Management and Planning. In 2013, the department changed to Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences. Presently, this faculty has 11 faculty members who train about 200 graduate students in three departments. The facilities available in the faculty are: a specialized library, a computer center, laboratories, and sports centers. The faculty has a newly-built and well-equipped sports complex and a swimming pool equipped with several sets of sauna and Jacuzzi.
