لیبرالگرایی به‌ویژه
از بُعد اهتمام بر گسترش دموکراسی و حقوق بشرگرایی در عرص? بینالمللی، در چارچوب سیاست خارجی آمریکا از سابقه‌ای طولانی برخوردار است. صرف نظر از دور? زمانی قبل از جنگ جهانی دوم، میتوان گفت که از مقطع دستیابی این دولت به موقعیت رهبری جهان آزاد و تبدیل‌شدن به قدرتی هژمون یعنی از دور? جنگ سرد، همواره نشانههایی آشکار از این نوع سمتگیری (بینالمللگرایی لیبرال) در الگوی تصمیمسازی خارجی آن مشهود بوده و بر این پایه، میتوان مدعی شد که هر دو طیف کابینههای لیبرال و جمهوری‌خواه از این قاعده مستثنی نبودهاند. در این پژوهش، ضمن مروری بر پیشینه لیبرالگرایی در سیاست خارجی ایالات متحده در دور? جنگ سرد و به‌ویژه فضای پس از واقع? سپتامبر (دورههای رهبری بوش، اوباما و ترامپ)، تمرکز اصلی بر دور? بایدن یعنی سال های ۲۰۲۰ تا ۲۰۲۲ می‌باشد. جهتگیری پژوهشی این تحقیق، بر مبنای پاسخیابی برای این پرسش اصلی معنا یافته که: بینالمللگراییلیبرال چگونه بر سیاست خارجی آمریکا در دور? رهبری بایدن (۲۰۲۰-۲۰۲۲) تأثیرگذار بودهاست؟ و در پاسخ، به این فرضیه پرداخته شده که: در دور? رهبری بایدن(۲۰۲۰-۲۰۲۲) بینالمللگرایی لیبرال از یک‌سو، باعث تقویت نقش رهبری جهانی آن بر محور گسترش دموکراسی و حقوق بشرگرایی، بروز روابط اعتمادآمیز میان این دولت با متحدین اروپایی و اعضای ناتو شده اما از سوی دیگر، ویژگی «تعارضنمایی میان دموکراسیگرایی و انتخابهای استراتژیک» در رفتار خارجی آن را تشدید کرده است. روشتحقیق نیز «توضیحی–تبیینی» است.

Liberalism has a long history in the framework
of America's foreign policy, especially from the perspective of the expansion of democracy and human rights in the international arena. Regardless of the time period before the Second World War, it can be said that since America achieved the leadership position of the free world and became a hegemonic power, there have always been clear signs of this type of orientation. liberal internationalism) is evident in its foreign decision-making pattern, and on this basis, it can be claimed that both the spectrum of liberal and republican cabinets are not exempt from this rule. In this research, while reviewing the history of liberalism in the foreign policy of the United States during the Cold War period and especially the ۹/۱۱ incident (the leadership periods of Bush, Obama and Trump), the main focus is on the period of Biden, i.e. the years ۲۰۲۰ to ۲۰۲۲. is. The research direction of this research is based on finding answers to this main question: How has liberal internationalism influenced the American foreign policy during the period of Biden's leadership (۲۰۲۰-۲۰۲۲)? And in response, the hypothesis has been addressed that: during the period of Biden's leadership (۲۰۲۰-۲۰۲۲), liberal internationalism on the one hand, will strengthen its global leadership role on the axis of the expansion of democracy and human rights, the emergence of trusting relations between this government and European allies and NATO members; But on the other hand, the feature of "conflict between democratization and strategic choices" in foreign behavior has intensified it. The research method is also "explanatory".
