Abstract

The increase in honor killings in different dimensions and conditions, especially towards teenage girls in the last few years and their exposure to the media has intensified the view of criminologists on the causes and agents of these types of murders, in different provinces from the south to you, from the east to In the West, these murders have known victims; In this research, focusing on case and field cases, family honor killings of teenage girls have been investigated and their causes have been extracted and analyzed. which have different causes, including social causes caused by economic poverty, the context of the neighborhood and the living environment and regional culture; Individual and personal causes such as authoritarianism, prejudice and low education of the killers and those around them are also among them. The disintegration of the family system and the divorce of the parents of the victims also fueled this issue and made the opportunity for the criminals smoother; The expansion of the issue has caused society to pay attention to this issue, and this issue causes experts to analyze the punishment of criminals and express legal shortcomings, and this issue will lead to public awareness of the amount of punishment for murderers, and because the law in this regard has the necessary power to lacks deterrence, knowledge of the law and the amount of punishment for the father and husband according to the investigations and the acknowledgment of the perpetrators of the aforementioned crimes is one of the causes of honor killings, especially for teenage girls; who do not have the ability to manage and control the violence of those around them. In the research, after the criminological causes of family honor killings of teenage girls have been identified; The methods of prevention based on the existing facts have been presented in the cases in the form of social prevention, which is divided into growth-oriented and community-oriented, and situational prevention with an emphasis on strengthening the victimized situation, i.e. the same girls who have been deviant from the family's point of view or They are suspected, through training, control and official supervision of the institutions involved during the dangerous situation. Short-term and long-term preventive ways have been taken into consideration and its general conditions have been adapted to the existing situation in the society in order to determine the negative or positive effects of actions in reducing and increasing the causes related to family honor killings of teenage girls.
