  The right to access vehicles and to drive them, as one of the rights derived from the right to freedom of movement, is one of the emerging rights and freedoms that, due to the developments that the emergence and development of vehicles in the field of transportation and The movement of human beings has created, it has appeared and today, due to the role that these devices have in the lives of humans, it has become one of the requirements and necessities of their lives, and it has been linked with other human rights. Limitation and denial of the right makes a problem in order to sustain human rights. This research has investigated the position of this right in Iranian law by using a descriptive-analytical method and gathering information in a library-documentary manner and has reached the conclusion that the right to drive has been identified and guaranteed in Iran's legal system and There is no explicit prohibition regarding women driving all types of vehicles in any of the relevant laws and regulations, but the ambiguities and shortcomings in the laws and regulations in the field of transportation and conflicting perceptions of the provisions of the aforementioned regulations have made practically some challenges and limitations for women in order to drive all kinds of vehicles. This restriction, due to the two-way link between the right to drive and other rights and public freedom, has caused women's employment rights to be affected by the said restriction and they cannot be employed in some jobs related to vehicles and the freedom of choice Their jobs will be violated.
