Abstract

Today we live in the age of artificial intelligence, previous technologies have quickly lost their place and everything is largely left to artificial intelligence. Among this people with disabilities are more exposed to artificial intelligence than others. The previous methods of assistants for these people have been quickly replaced by artificial intelligence, and it is true that artificial intelligence has been a good alternative to the old methods. At the same point where we are in the interactions of people with disabilities with artificial intelligence, human rights come into play because in these interactions, gray dots may be observed that endanger the human rights of people with disabilities.

In this dissertation, we addressed some of these gray areas that may target the human rights of people with disabilities and pose serious risks but our main goal in this dissertation has been that apart from these points, which may be fundamental To endanger the most human rights, let's pay attention to the green points of these interactions, Points that make people with disabilities more prosperous and increase the presence in society. Let's draw attention to the fact that artificial intelligence has been able to sow the seeds of growth and prosperity of people with disabilities and how it has contributed to the growth of human rights of people with disabilities,Have we been able to prove this? In the third chapter, with several examples, we have proved that artificial intelligence has a tremendous impact on the situation of people with disabilities, and since the field of artificial intelligence is a field of dynamism, more and more changes in improving the living standards of people with disabilities in education, Employment, health, sports, etc. We are witnessing.

Finally, it seems necessary to mention that the role of governments in increasing the use of artificial intelligence tools to increase the level of access in various areas is vital and governments must Adhere to binding human rights instruments that require them to use new technologies (For example, Part H, paragraph ۱, Article ۴ of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities) for people with disabilities, And in order to prove the importance of governments obligations, in the last part, a brief passage has been made to the basic obligations of governments towards people with disabilities, the development of human rights of people with disabilities will not be possible without the direct and active intervention of governments.
